July ”Larkspur ”  Flower Of The Month series– Ellen Maurer Stroh-

“It is Snow Cold” Ornament -#8  2012 Ornament Series-Littlehouse Needleworks
Fabric and floss ready for me to begin this ornament.
October “Halloween”  2014 Doodle – Blueladie Designs

Thanksgiving 2014 Doodle Kitchen Towel-Blueladie Design

 August Baseball Snowman- Snowman Series–Vermillion-Stitched
New start on the next one in the series.
“Jo  March” from Little Women-Brookes Books
The skirt is finished. My niece is so looking forward to the second one in the series.

I volunteer in the Creative Arts Department at our Fort Bend County Fair Sept 25-Oct 3 as well as enter some of my cross stitch and handmade cards. We had our annual get together coffee and these are the pictures that were in our local paper.

I entered my Cardinal picture in the Texas State Fair, but didn't place, at least I tried.
My grandson, Christopher turned 22 on Sept 3 and we had a family dinner. Of course I created a special birthday card for him. The verse fits him really well.

Have a wonderful Labor Day and a great week.

Happy birthday to Christopher!
Lovely stitching!
I can't imagine how your red birds did not get a ribbon in the state fair. They are absolutely gorgeous!

Your redbird was gorgeous and at least should have been given an honorable mention!
Great update on your stitching - love the towels with Cathryn's patterns.

Very surprised to hear you didn't place with your cardinal, it's so gorgeous! Nice photos of you and your Grandson and Granddaughter, plus excellent work on your WIPs. Especially the HAED, you can see the tree now!
