Sunday Update

Where has this past week gone? It seems like it just was Monday and here it is Sunday. Our weather has really been nice here. In the 70's in the evening, 80s during the day with a nice breeze. We are enjoying it as our weather will soon be very hot. I finished up a piece(Cafe Du Monde") for a lady that comes to our LNS. She had it in her closet for 32 years and decided it was time to find someone to finish stitching it. Now I have finished it and am able to add to my stash. Also am stitching a graduation sampler for my Niece, who is graducating on June 1st from High School. She is having a party next Saturday and by working each day this week, maybe I will have it finished for her party. I did manage a few stitches in other WIPs also. Here are pictures of my stitching for the week.

Sunday's update

What a great and busy week I have had. First on Monday evening, celebrated my daughter, Deanna, birthday. Then on Wednesday evening, I attended my Grandson's, Christopher, FFA Banquet. He received 4 awards, also retiring as Sentiel for 2011-2012 and installed as Vice President for the new year 2012-2013. Anna, my granddaughter, received her award for being a junior FFA member. Of course I am so proud of them, pictures at end. Then on Saturday, I attended my Beta Sigma Phi' Founders Day Banquest. I did the scrapbook for the outgoing President of our council, picture of cover at end of update. My Chapter was honored for becoming a Master's chapter(the first in our council). The luncheon was really nice. I did find a little time for stitching in the middle of scrapbooking. Here are pictures of my week.
