A Rainy Day in Texas

We are having a few rain showers around here, where rain is needed. Busy time at work, tax season is here, so I have been relaxing in the evenings by stitching. Made progress on several of my WIPs. and finished the Sleepy Kittens for my friend, whose Mother had started it.  Here is what I stitched on this past week.
1.      “May Calendar Girl Series-Littlehouse Needleworks

  1.     “Meg March” from Little Women-Brookes Books

  1.      “My House” #1 Hometown Holiday Series-Little House Needworks

  1.     October  Weather Poems-Sue Cook-Britian’s #1 Crossstitch Magazine-2000 issues

  1.     “Texas, ropin’ and ridin’”–The 12 Days of Texas Christmas Series -Redbird Designs.

  1.     “Sleepy Kittens” – Sunset Kit-finishing stitching for Cheryl
This first picture is how it was where I took it to finish. Cheryl's Mother had started it before she passed away.
I have now finished and will take it to her this afternoon.

  1.     Snowman and Friends Christmas Stocking – Gold Collection Kit

Also, I though I would show some pictures of my 13 year old cat, Leo. I inherited Leo when my Mother passed away.
He is company to me as he enjoyed being in the same room with me.

Have a great week at whatever life throws your way,
See you next week.

Great progress and love Leo. I don't know what it is about ginger cats - we have 2! He's a cutie.
And that stocking - so gorgeous!
