Weekly Update

Hope all of you are enjoying the fall weather. It has turned a little cooler here. It has been in the 50s at night and 70s and 80s during the day with showers. Prayers are continuing for the people on the east coast of USA as they recover from Sandy.
I stitched on my WIPS and started another ornament for another exchange. This is the last one for me. I received a very pretty one from the Brooks Book exchange from Maria in Ca. Here is a picture of the one I sent her and then the one I received from her.
Also http://victorianmottosamplershoppe.blogspot.com is having a 25 days of Christmas give a ways.
check her out, let her know I sent you.

The one I received is stitched with metallic gold and red and black thread. It is very pretty.
The is the one I stitched for Maria. "Poinsettia Pocket Ornament"-design by Samplers & Such and found in the 2005 Just Cross Stitch Ornament Issue
The Wips stitched this week were: The Alphabet Samplings Book-With My Needle
Snowman and Friends Christmas Stocking-Gold Collection Kit
"Percy Pig" Mill Hill kit-I have started the beading on the head of Percy.

Nut ornament-Winter Holiday kit by Mill Hill. Almost ready to start the beading.
March "Jonquil" This is a 12 month flower series by Ellen Maurer-Stroh
