Weekly Update

I am only a few days later than usual. My daughter has been out of town and I have been house sitting and making sure the 2 grandkids are ok. Also, my next update might be a little late again, as I am having foot/toe(right) surgery in the morning. I have arthritis in the big toe, no cartledge left, only bone on bone. The doctor will straighten the bone and put a plate w/screw in the toe. It should help me with pain and my foot will be straight again. I have to stay off the foot for 4 to 6 weeks. Hopefully I will get a lot stitching done. Here are the pictures of my progress on WIPs last week.
The ABCs Samplings Book - With My Needle
The ABCs of Aging Artfully-Lizzie Kate
Season of Growth-Summer Pillow - LittleHouse Needleworks
Snowman and friends Christmas Stocking Gold Collection Kit
The Halloween House - U Michaels SAL with others
 Red Birds M Baker - JCS nov/dec issue 2011
Also, stitching an ornament for an exchange this month.
Happy Stitching.

Just think of all the stitching you can accomplish while you are off your feet. I see a few finishes just waiting to happen! : )
