Weekly Update and Traveling Stash box
Good morning,
First, I will let everyone that comment on the Traveling Stash Box know, that wow, a lot of comments.
I will draw a name this week and get it in the mail to the winner. What fun this box is!
Had a good week, unpacked some, getting settled into my new apartment. Trying to stay a little cool. It is now the 18th straight day of 100 degrees+ here in Texas, very dry too. Here are pictures of my WIPS this past week. Also, finished an ornament for an exchange(will picture after she gets it) and almost finished another ornament also for a gift. Also, showing off my new sunroom(craft/stitching/computer room). As you can see I still have boxes to unpack and organize, but love the room.
Stitching on Page 4 of The Alphabet Book-With My Needle.
First Line completed on the ABCs of aging Artfully-Lizzie*Kate
Coming along on the February Violets-EMS
After starting over a second time I am ok with the look of the start of the Nov. Snowman, Vermillion. It has a lot of white, light beige and tan.
A good start of the September Weatherpoem.
Making progress on the NOEL Tablerunner.
I am enjoying the Old West by LHN
Here are the pictures of my new sunroom.
Happy stitching and a wonderful week.

Weekly Update
First I want to say Thank You to all of you that have commented on my blog. You inspire me so much. Crossstitching has become my favorite hobby and I do enjoy turning the different designs into my own pictures, ornaments and whateven. I am still unpacking, but getting there. Not going at a real fast pace, just a little each day. My daughter is coming over this afternoon and will hang pictures for me. My sunroom(craft/computer room) is coming along great. It has three large windows across the back and it is wonderful. My stitching is still in rotation that I started the first of Jan with the challange, with a few new ones included. Here are pictures of my WIP's for the week.
I joined the Lizzie*Kate stitch along on Monday. I am stitching on the ABCs of Aging Artfully. It is so delightful.
I had started stitching on another Christmas Card, but it is somewhere in a box, so I started another one. I have 12 Christmas Cards completed for 2011.
I have now stitched the border of the third panel of The Library. I have just the spot to hang it in my new apartment.
This is the last one to stitch in the 2010 ornament series by LittleHouse. I love all of them.
I stitched a few more stitches on the phasant of The Christmas animals by Heaven and Earth. After starting over for the third time, I am now happy with the way it it looking. This is the first page of many.
I am enjoying stitching The Old West by Littlehouse. I think it is coming along great.
Also, I have won the traveling Stash Box. This is a box that is rotating among stitches. When you receive it you take what you like and refill the box with other stash. The next person that will get it will be someone that comments on my blog that they would like to have. I will post that I have received once I get it. Linda stated that she has sent it to me.
Have a wonderful week and lots of stitching time.

I have now moved. Now the fun is unpacking and arrangement it all. I unpack a few boxes, then sit and stitch to relax in the evenings. I even went to my grandkids FFA progress show on Sat. My Granddaughter Anna(11) won her first belt buckle for champion showmanship with her pig. Christopher got 2nd with his pig. Anna also did well with her goat and Christopher his steer.
Now next is our fort Bend County Fair.
Here are pictures of what I have put a few stitches in. also managed to complete a greeting card and a Thanksgiving ornament that still has to be completed into a ornment.
