May 1, 2011

Wow, here it is May 1, Spring and Summer is here in Texas.
I kept my rotation going this past week including the two pieces I have started.
The pieces I worked on were With My Needle-Alphabet Sampler Book-18ct linen(my first stitching on linen), Vermillion Dec Snowman(I am begining to see the finished piece.), HEAD Christmas Animals(I have now started on the deer above the rabbit), Noel 2009 SAL Tablerunner, August Weatherpoem, Best Wishes Greeting Card,  Brooks Stitcher's Alphabet(I am doing it on an aghan)
and my first 28ct stitching-Golf - Hinzeit. I did not think I could see 28 ct, but the ladies at the LNS convinced me that I could and wow, I am stitching it.

I also belong to Beta Sigma Phi, an international women's sorority and we had our founder's Day Banquet on Sat. Here is a picture of my chapter sisters.

1st time I have checked out your blog. Hinzeit patterns are so quick and cute with the charms, and glad you tried 28ct and can see it. A whole new world of fabric choices has now opened up for you.
