Then on Wednesday, I left with my daughter and Granddaughter to go to Gonzales, TX for the YRA youth rodeo finals. It is always fun to watch her and all the youth. She had some great rounds and the there were some that were not as good, but she had fun. She was competing with 50 others girls in her age bracket. She ended up in 18th place all around. Here is one of my favorite pictures of her and Cochise getting ready for pole bending.
After all the flooding we have had, the Brazos is slowing going down and life is getting back to normal. Now the weather is getting hot, hot, and hotter. Now is the time is stay in and stitch. I have completed a couple of pieces and made progress on others. Here are the pictures.
