Weekly update

Here we go again. I live north of Galveston and south of Houston, right in the path of the new storm.
It is expected to come ashore on Tuesday with 10 to 15 inches of rain for us. Say a prayer for us.
I did a go amount of stitching on WIPs this last week. Here are my pictures
This is a Sunset Kit called Sleepy Kittens. A Friend's Mother passed while stitching this kit. I have been asked to finish it. Of course I said OK. I have a little more of the backstitching done and a little of the first kitten. The top picture is what it looked like when I got it.

My progress after the first stitching.

Great progress on everything and so nice of you to take over a project, despite all your other WIPs. I hope you don't get hit too hard this time by the rain and the area has had a chance to dry out.

Hope you all stay safe through the storm. That's great that you're finishing up the design for your friend. You definitely keep busy with your own stitching!

I always enjoy visiting your blog to see your progress. Hopefully the storm won't be so bad. We are expecting rain from it here in Wichita Falls. The Wichita River(it passes through our neighborhood) rose 12ft over the weekend due to rain. I think we have had enough already.

Try to stay dry.
