Weekly Update

Good morning all from rainy and cold SE Texas. I work for a CPA doing tax preparing and accounting, so of course this is my busy time of the year. I come home in the evenings and unwind by stitching. I now have 17 items in my rotations, the newest,"Witches Stitch Too!!!"-Homespun Elegance  will be a birthday gift for my niece in April. She loves Halloween, so I thought this would be neat for her to add to her Halloween collection. I won the chart "Witches Stitch Too!!!"-Homespun Elegance and also, Pumpkin Gingham-Twisted Threads from Riona at Oubliette (her blog).

This has been a good week of receiving great items in the mail. Next, I won a give a way from Toni at Easy Street Ramblings. She was part of the 2015 Grow Your Blog Party.
I am also in the Christmas Crafter's Ornament Exchange. This week I received my ornament from Mary G for the Feb-April 2015 exchange. (I am still stitching hers)
I did some stitching on WIPs in my rotation:
1.     “Blessed” Ornament -2012 Ornament Series-Littlehouse Needleworks
1.     Garden Of Joy-Friendly Stitchers Sal 2009 -completed 47 Squares Of 52
I have stitched a squirrel to add to my garden
  1.     June  Weather Poems-Britian’s #1 Crossstitch Magazine-2000 issues

  1.     Snowman and Friends Christmas Stocking – Gold Collection Kit

That's it for this week. Enjoy whatever life throws your way this week.
