I am a little late this week, but have been busy at the Fort Bend County Fair. I work in the cashier's office for the week of the fair, taking a vacation from my full time job. It is fun and I get to see and visit with a lot of people. I did enter 5 crossstitch pieces in the Creative Arts Division and won 4 blue and 1 red ribbon. Will picture them with their ribbons next week. My grandson, Christopher and Granddaughter, Anna took part in the swine show showing their pigs. Christopher was 9 in his divison and Anna was 8 in her division and then both was chosen for the showmanship show. Christopher finished in the top 10 in the senior divison and Anna placed 2nd in the junior division. Both did a great job and of course I have a couple of pictures of them showing their pigs. Even as busy as I am, I still kept my rotation of stitching going. I only stitched a little on each piece, but that is progress to me. Here are pictures of the kids and my WIP progess for the week.

Great stitching and I love the photos of your grandchildren with the pigs. Congratulations on your ribbons x
Congratulations to Joyce on all your ribbons. I think the judges were a little unreasonable on some of the finishing comments, as we discussed. And tell the kids I said congratulations to them too! I know they worked hard.
