Friday night we had bad rains storms come our way, with hail, tornadoes and flooding. My apartment complex and the surrounding neighborhood was flooded after 7-9 inches of rain. Thank goodness, the sun came out on Saturday and dried up everything. I got water in the back floorboard of my car, as well as many other neighbors. What a night.
I did stitch and got a few stitches in several of my WIPs. Here are pictures of my progress for the week. The ABC Samplings Book - With My Needle

Everything's looking good, Joyce. New header piccy? I like it. You look happy to be with the grands. Happy Mother's day to you too!!
They are all coming along very nicely.
All are coming along nicely! The kids are growinng up fast. We had hail, also. We opened the door to see the storm and hail came rolling off the porch and into the house. No flooding. Hope your vehicle dries out for you.
Good progress on your work, and glad all the damage you got was some flooding instead of the tornados and hail.
Sounds like a wonderful Mother's Day! Glad you survived the nasty weather! Wonderful progress on all your stitching! Thanks for sharing!

Love the new picture up top! I always lose the will to live with back stitch so well done on the pumpkins. Love how the alphabet book is coming.
Must have been a scary night, glad the sun came the next day.
So glad to hear that you are ok, Joyce! Your stitching is coming along so well! Your posts are always so inspiring!!
