Weekly Update

Another week of stitching, with our weather beginning to cool somewhat. It has been in the high 50s in the morning and then 80 during the day. Sat was a day to open windows and air the house out.
Here is the progress of stitching for the past week.
I am also working on several exchange ornaments.
This the the begining of a piece called Red Birds-Nov/Dec issue of Just Cross Stitch. It is going to be stitched on 28ct Light Mocha Cashel linen from Zweigart. As I collect Cardinals, I had to do this one.
Wish me luck as I am a beginner on 28 ct. I have found the center and put in a few stitches.
A few letters done on page 5 of The Alphabet Sampler Book by With My Needle
I am on the second page and bottom of The Old West. My goal now is have it finished by Thanksgiving.
A few more stitches on The ABCs of Aging Artfully by Lizzie Kate.
A little more progress on The Library by Littlehouse Needleworks. This is a favorite of mine.
I can now see the finish line of the violets and then on to the outline of the February Violets by EMS
A little progress on the November Snowman by Vermillion. He is so cute.
Added a butterfly to my Garden of Joy-Friendly Stitches SAL 2009
Finished the last of the 2010 Littlehouse ornaments series "All is Calm"
I am in several ornament exchanging this year. This cute Santa was received from Pat G, Love it.

Received this cute ornament in its own frame from Mary G.
That's it for this week. Have a great week of stitching.

Good luck on Red Birds, Joyce! I saw the pattern and loved it but I don't think I have the time/patience to tackle it myself. Looks like you are working on some other great projects too. Happy Stitching!
