March 29, 2011 update

Worked on my Christmas Animals, Head, a Pumklin towel, my August weatherpoem, my afghan with Brooks letters on(I have started over with the letters),and the Dec snowman. My stitching time was very little due to work. Also worked on The library LHN, 2010 Under the tree ornament and started Season of Hope LHN for my daughter's birthday in april.

Weekly update March 2011

This past week went by so fast it seemed. I work as a tax preparer for a CPA and of course this is our busy time which means overtime for me. I did manage to keep my rotation up with a little stitchery to relax each evening. Tuesday evenings are stitch and wine at my LNS, which is a good way to relax with friends. Pictures of what I worked on last week. Sat I spent at the Houston Rodeo helping my grandson FFA sell programs, a fund raiser for them. It was fun.

March 13th,2011

My last week was full of a lot of overtime at work for a CPA as a tax preparer. I was able to keep my rotation of my WIPS going and also completed Brooks Winter House for the challenge and 2 more Christmass Cards. I stitched on 2009 Noel Tablerunner, Vermillion Dec Snowman, Christmas Animals HEAD, August Weatherpoem, Brooks Stitchers Alphebet, which I stated over on an afghan, and a July 4th ornament.

Hello to all,

Even with extra time at work now, I am still finding time to do stitching and spending time with the grandkids. Anna(11) is playing vollyball at a sport complex and enjoying it.

My WIP pieces this past week included a Tulip greeting card(completed), Winter House-Brooks, Partridge in a Pear Tree square on my Garden of Joy, February Violet -EMS, The Library-LHN, Under the Tree ornament-LHN, and a Christmas Bluebirds ornament for an exchange(finished and mailed.
