My grandkids are into the FFA program. Christopher raised a pig last year and Anna raised a goat. They both made the auction on the county fair last Oct. We were so proud of them since it was the first year for both. This year christopher(16) has a steer and Anna(10)
will have a pig. Saturday was the first FFA progress show for this year. Christopher placed third in his group. In the picture is one of his friends cheering him on as he prepares to show.
Anna will get her pig in the spring. The Fort Bend County fair here is at the end of Sept.

Sending congrats to your grandson. I think that's great what both of your grandkids are doing. Do they want to be involved in farming when they are grown?
