Happy Easter to all of you. I am on my way to spent the day with family. The weather is so nice and will be a great day. What a month. I work for a CPS and have been really busy for the first half of this month and the last half of last month. At night when I would have been stitched, I was to tired to even pick up my needle. But, April 15th, tax deadline has now come and gone and I am back to stitching. I did get my daughter's birthday gift stitched by April 16, somehow. She loved it. We met friends and family at our Wine tasting room and enjoyed cake and wine for her birthday evening. Here are a couple of pictures. She is now 43, wow.
My granddaughter, Anna(14) had an end of year formal dance, no date, just girls.
Of course, I had to have a picture with her.
Then my grandson, who is in Fire academy at Lone Star College, had family night. They showed us what they have been learning. There were real fires in containers, etc. It was an exciting night.
He will graduate on May 8 and has started applying at fire stations.
Of course, again I had to be in a picture. Then we said this should be my daughter's family Christmas card for this year.
Here is this Texas Happy Hour I finished for my daughter and the other WIPs I stitched on this month so far.
